EVALUATION AND CONSULTATION

All of our clients, from those needing a simple knee support to those needing the most complex prosthesis, receive a full evaluation and/or consultation. A usual evaluation and consultation visit is one to three hours. The extensive nature of this visit is your opportunity, and ours, to get to know one another. This time will allow you the opportunity to air concerns, experiences and desires. We will discuss your wants and needs as well as investigate various treatment options appropriate to your situation. This is a time for us to begin working together.

Following your visit we will proceed with a mutually agreed upon plan. Most commonly, we will write a formal summary of your visit with a recommended treatment plan and you will receive a copy. Additionally, as directed by you, we will forward copies to anyone involved with your care.
